What’s it all about?
PRG is made up of volunteer patients who meet a couple of times a year. To discuss ideas, comments and to share suggestions in making sure the surgery provides services its patients needs.
What is the purpose of a PRG?
Enables patients to discuss suggestions, comments and ideas. Share decision making in the running of the practice. To act as a representative group that can be called upon to influence the local provision of health and social care.
What are the benefits of a PRG?
Anyone can join. We want the group to be as representative of our practice population as possible. The group will be a forum to suggest positive ideas and voice concerns. Patients will have a better understanding and knowledge of the practice and its staff.
Everyone has a view and this is your opportunity to help us improve services that we provide. If you are interested in joining our group please leave your name and contact details at reception thank you.
